Create: Train Perspective v0.4.1

A minor update to fix some larger issues.

Changelog:

• Fixed: Crash when using Figura.
• Fixed: Jittery rotations when in third-person and probably also when viewing other players on trains.
• Fixed: Some jittering issues when using this mod with others.
• Improved: Standing while on a train is now tolerable.
